Some days I find this is easier said than done.
Remember your reality and world can be flipped, shaken and stirred but your inner self can only be knocked by you. We are not meant to have complete control over circumstances in our lives. All we can do is a chose how to keep moving forward. When you relinquish control over circumstances that are out of your hands you gain more space, and freedom in your heart and soul. Sometime’s life feels heavy and suffocating. You always have your breath, your right to exist and be.
